At CherishHerHeart, every shadow box is custom-made with love and personalized just for you. Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges on Personalized Items

All orders are custom and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect information provided during ordering (e.g., name misspellings submitted by the customer).

✅ Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or with a mistake we made, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

✏️ Order Changes or Cancellations

We accept order edits or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item will begin production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives significantly late, please contact us. We’ll do everything we can to help track it or provide a solution.
